Maintenance Technician Position
Our organization seeks a highly skilled maintenance technician to perform routine equipment checks and execute daily maintenance tasks within our manufacturing plant. The primary objective is to guarantee production targets are achieved with minimal downtime.
About the Role
The successful candidate will diagnose mechanical issues, conduct preventative and corrective maintenance, operate conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and carry out welding repairs as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and resolve mechanical problems
* Perform regular equipment checks and maintenance
* Operate and maintain conveyors, pneumatics, and hydraulics systems

Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar role or industry
* Strong technical knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
* Sound understanding of mechanical systems, including conveyors, pneumatics, and hydraulics
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible with regards to shift work and overtime availability
* Attention to detail and commitment to safety
