You will evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness. Additionally, you will help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
Key responsibilities include performing various assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, coordinating case management to plan, monitor, and facilitate client progress toward their return-to-work goal, and engaging with key stakeholders to build strong relationships.
