* Blast and paint background required
* FIFO from Perth or Port Hedland residential role
* Various ongoing projects across the Pilbara
Join our vastly diverse Northwest division, conducting supervisory duties on multiple projects around the Pilbara Region.
THE ROLE
* Day-to-day site supervision
* Manage multiple crews of blaster painters
* Guide the team on productive safe work behaviour
* Set up sites and completions
* Coordinate employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hours
* Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule
* Champion compliance with HSEQ requirements
ABOUT YOU
* Blast and Paint background with the ability to oversee other trades
* Polyurea application experience is desired
* White card
* Drivers licence
* Team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
