Responsibilities
* Manage and perform advanced surgical procedures, including orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery
* Work alongside our surgery specialists, surgery interns, and ECC teams
* Support case discussions, inpatient care, and collaborative clinical planning
* Contribute to a positive, team‑driven environment with open communication
* Optionally participate in mentoring or teaching depending on your availability

Requirements
* Board‑certified Small Animal Surgery Specialist (ACVS/ECVS), ANZCVS Fellow, or residency‑trained surgeon
* Eligible for veterinary registration with the AVBC (limited registration considered)
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to team‑based care
