About The Company

A unique opportunity has become available for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to join a fast-growing and creatively driven construction company based in Austral. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership.

The successful candidate will support a dynamic, highly respected COO & Construction Director, playing a crucial role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring their time is managed effectively. The business has a strong team culture, professional, down-to-earth, and just the right amount of quirky Key Responsibilities:Executive Support:

* Manage the COO & CD's schedule, meetings, inbox, and priorities with precision.
* Coordinate internal and external communications at an executive level.
* Prepare briefing docs, reports, presentations, and follow-ups.
* Support strategic projects and liaise with key stakeholders across the business.

Personal Support:

* Coordinate personal appointments, events, and family-related logistics.
* Manage household admin, travel bookings, and lifestyle arrangements.
* Handle errands, purchases, and ad hoc personal projects as needed.
* Serve as a trusted personal liaison to ensure the COO's life runs smoothly, inside and outside of work.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and enjoys taking initiative. They should have strong interpersonal skills, a high level of discretion, and a calm, can-do approach when managing competing priorities. Key experience and attributes include:

* Minimum 5 years in an Executive Assistant or office management, senior administration role
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern systems JobPac, Employment Hero & MS Office, etc.
* A friendly, adaptable attitude with a great sense of humour
