Training Manager
Longchamp is seeking an experienced Training Manager to deliver learning and development initiatives across our Australian retail network. This is a unique opportunity to join a global luxury brand and make a real impact on customer experience, team capability, and commercial performance.

Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging training sessions on product knowledge, service excellence, and retail systems.
Develop and deliver training programs for retail and wholesale teams.
Facilitate onboarding, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
Coach and mentor store teams through regular visits and floor-based training.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with business priorities.
Measure training impact using KPIs and performance metrics.
About you
Experience in training or retail operations within premium/luxury retail.
Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
Excellent communication, organisation, and adaptability.
Passion for people development and commercial success.
Flexibility to travel nationally and occasionally internationally.
