About the Role
The Dispute Resolution and Litigation team is responsible for managing complex litigation cases, including commercial and civil claims, judicial review challenges, debt recovery actions and compensation claims. The successful candidate will have experience in advising on handling a factually and legally complex litigation caseload; leading staff in high tempo operational environments; working with external legal service providers; communicating effectively with stakeholders; managing priorities under pressure; exercising excellent judgment while adhering to deadlines. They will be part of a collaborative team providing strategic legal advice to defend the interests of clients.
