Position Details:
Full-time/ Part-time role within our team based in Kingsley/Como, Perth
Annual salary range: $75,000 - $98,000
Overview of your duties:
• Assessment of various neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory and rehabilitation as required for clients and participants with a wide range of disabilities and impairments.
• Assessment of mobility and function and prescription for provision of appropriate mobility and functional equipment and aids to support clients.
• Development of individual treatment plans and goals to address impairments identified for clients and participants.
• Develop and implement regular treatments, including exercise prescription, supervised assisted exercises, manual therapies, home exercise program formulation, and equipment prescription to enable clients and participants to achieve their health and lifestyle goals.
• Provide correct documentation of individual assessment reports, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Work as a part of the multi-disciplinary team, i.e. care staff, medical practitioners, family members, and other stakeholders, to provide quality care to the clients and participants.
You may also be required to deliver home care assessments as a part of the role!
Essential Requirements:
* Experience of working as a Physiotherapist (experience highly preferred, but new grads are encouraged to send in their expression of interest)
* Full registration with AHPRA
* Current driver's licence
* Working with Children Check can be obtained after commencement if required
* Police certificate (Not more than 6 months old)
* Professional indemnity insurance
