What you'll be doing
As Venue Manager, you'll own the overall performance of BrewDog Perth – from team culture and guest experience through to financial results and community engagement.
* Leading and inspiring a high‐performing front‐of‐house team
* Driving sales growth and venue profitability
* Creating a culture that's energetic, inclusive and genuinely fun
* Delivering legendary guest experiences every shift
* Coaching and developing future hospitality leaders
* Building local partnerships and community engagement opportunities
* Bringing fresh ideas to events, activations and trade‐driving initiatives
* Owning labour, wage control, stock management and venue KPIs
* Making BrewDog Perth the go‐to venue for craft beer lovers, foodies and good humans alike
Who we're looking for

* Proven experience leading high‐volume hospitality venues
* Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing sales
* A hands‐on leadership style and genuine passion for developing teams
* Exceptional people and communication skills

* Experience managing labour, COGS and financial performance
* A passion for craft beer, hospitality and creating memorable experiences
