Description Role Purpose Deliver benefit to IHG through optimising supplier relationships and commercial deals for Regional Hotel Operational Expenditure Key Accountabilities Support and implementing new P2P system for all AUA hotels aligned with the timeline Provide training and managing supplier catalogue and all related setup Support the market and regional lead with the delivery of sourcing solutions for relevant Hotel expenditure as defined by the Regional Procurement Strategy, leading key sourcing and procurement projects as required Support the implementations of the solutions in the owner estate to standardize Guest Experience and create efficient opening solutions Support and monitor compliance and success of different cluster programs, Support hotel opening projects, system and process implementations as needed to implement relevant in-market programs Key Skills & Experiences Education Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience Experience 3-5 years progressive work-related experience Procurement experience within the hospitality experience Demonstrated strong negotiation and influencing skills Track record of supporting complex projects, preferably within a client or hotel facing environment Ability to work within cross functional working groups and within a fast paced business environment
