As an Account Director (Contract) at BRX, you lead and manage key client relationships and are hands‐on in the development and rollout of campaigns. You drive strategic clarity, delivery excellence, and profitability across your accounts, guiding work from brief through creative development, production, launch, and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead account planning and ensure briefs are strategically sound and aligned to client goals
* Lead campaign development end-to-end (briefing, workshopping, creative development, production, approvals, and rollout)
* Maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and quality across deliverables
* Actively shape solutions with Strategy, Creative, Production and Media partners to improve effectiveness and craft
* Build strong senior client relationships and act as the day‐to‐day senior partner
* Present with clarity and confidence to marketing and executive‐level stakeholders
* Maintain client trust through challenges by managing expectations and communications
* Collaborate effectively with Creative, Strategy, Production, and Media partners to deliver integrated outcomes
Delivery & Impact
* Manage and lead multi‐channel campaigns across planning, build, rollout and optimisation
* Own timelines, dependencies, and decision‐making rhythm; keep teams aligned and moving
* Anticipate delivery risks early and implement mitigation plans proactively
* Manage escalations within your accounts, resolving issues calmly and constructively
* Stay close to the work: join key status points, creative reviews, QA checkpoints, and launch readiness
* Help develop a high‐performing account team
* Set clear goals, coach team members, and lead by example
* Ensure resourcing aligns with workload, timelines, and team wellbeing
* Champion a culture of quality, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and speed through tools and smarter processes
* Support adoption of BRX systems and IP (e.g., BrandOSXTM, AdXelerator) within your accounts
* Spot growth opportunities and proactively bring ideas to your SAD and internal partners
Experience & Skills
* 7–9 years in a marketing, digital or agency environment
* Experience leading large accounts and project portfolios
* Demonstrated success in managing teams and clients at senior level
* Commercial acumen and revenue management
* Ability to guide and inspire teams
* High‐level strategic thinking and storytelling
* Comfortable presenting to senior clients and stakeholders
