Synopsis of Role:
* Manage site attendance and maintenance activities effectively.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise operations and improve service delivery.
* Verify compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards.
* Maintain quality standards and ensure excellent client relationships.
* Develop strong relationships across all organisational levels.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum 5+ years' experience in facilities management, with previous experience managing facilities for a commercial client.
