Job Overview
This is a part-time position with a maximum term of 3 days per week. The role involves coordinating, recruiting, training, supporting and retaining volunteers to assist consumers in various activities.
The ideal candidate will lead the implementation of processes for engaging volunteers, participants and carers in the ongoing development, review and evaluation of activities. They will oversee capacity building and social inclusion activities for participants and take account of diversity and individual needs when planning programs.

Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Disability, Social Work or Community Services
* Experience working with vulnerable people
* Current valid Victorian driver's license
* Current first aid and CPR certificates
* Previous experience in volunteer coordination and support roles
