At Regis, we have wonderful opportunities for AINs to work at our beautiful home in Cranbourne, Victoria; located at 18 Sherwood Rd, Junction Village VIC 3977.
About The Role
An engaging and meaningful role where you will make a positive impact in the lives of others. By supporting residents with their activities of daily living, our personal care staff are the people who we trust to provide the very best quality care to all of our residents every day.
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Providing quality support to residents with their activities of daily living
* Work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate team spirit
* Complete reporting and documentation based on Regis policies and procedures
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Interaction with residents, families and friends in a helpful and positive manner
What We Look For
* Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar Certificate 3 or higher qualification) or are currently studying a nursing degree and have completed an Aged Care clinical placement. We are also able to recognize International Nursing Qualifications, which are able to be reviewed on application
* If you are currently studying or looking to do a Certificate III in Individual Support, or hold a Certificate II in Health Services, we invite you to apply and welcome the opportunity to speak with you
* Previous experience in a personal care role in Aged Care (desirable but not essential)
* Demonstrate good customer service skills
