Defence ICT Support Specialist
A secure systems deployment specialist role working on the development and integration of Defence mission planning systems.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for the development, introduction to service, sustainment and evolution of software and hardware in fixed and deployed environments for ADF mission planning systems. They will also provide Level 1, 2 and 3 application support to ensure all mission systems are working and meet the operational needs of users.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced technician with a strong understanding of Defence ICT environments, including Defence Protected Environment (DPE) and Defence Secret Environment (DSE). You will have experience with Microsoft Windows Imaging, Microsoft Windows Server Administration, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager – Application definition, deployment and monitoring. Additionally, you will have administrative level understanding of Microsoft Windows based Operating Systems – Windows 10 & Windows 11, Microsoft Office product knowledge and experience, and Microsoft based Software Scripting e.g. PowerShell and Batch.

Key Requirements:
* Defence ICT Security Accreditation
* Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop Operating System security
* Administrative level understanding of Microsoft Windows based Operating Systems – Windows 10 & Windows 11
