Job Title: Financial Performance Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Financial Performance Specialist to join our team. This role involves participating in financial management activities to ensure the efficient utilisation of resources on large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Progress analysis and financial management of the project within agreed budget and resources
* Preparation and review of executive budgets
* Analysis of variance between estimated and actual costs
* Coordination with project management teams to ensure expenditures are within budget
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in commerce or a related field (equivalent)
* White Card certification
* 5 years of experience in financial control or project estimation
