About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth through strategic recruitment and development of sales agents. This role is heavily focused on attracting, onboarding, developing and retaining sales agents, while building a strong and sustainable sales culture across both offices. You will work closely with the leadership team to scale the business through talent acquisition and performance development. Key responsibilities include: Recruiting experienced and emerging sales agents Onboarding and integrating new team members Training, mentoring and developing agents Driving performance and retention of the sales team Supporting overall sales growth across both offices About You: You will have a proven background in building and growing a real estate sales team.
