The Role

We are seeking a Graduations & Award Documents Co-ordinator to provide excellent and efficient administration across our award documents service. The post holder will be responsible for providing an effective service to students, staff, collaborative partners, alumni and third parties in the UK and internationally.

You will be responsible for maintaining our various noticeboards covering enquiries and orders and will be required to keep within our service level agreements for response times. You will also provide support to the Assistant Registrar (Graduations and Awards) during the graduation periods, assisting in the production, checking and sorting of graduation documentation and supporting on the day at graduation ceremonies.

As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the overall smooth running of the department, providing excellent administrative support, working flexibly when necessary and covering absence within the team when required.

The Person

We are looking for a professional and proactive team player. You will be working in a welcoming environment within a small and supportive team based within Academic Registry.

With proven administrative experience, you will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication, good attention to detail and a positive approach to your work. The ability to manage workloads effectively and provide accurate information and documentation is essential.

Whilst knowledge of SITS is not essential, the ability to learn new systems and databases is important.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of being on campus 2 days a week.
