Housekeeper Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Housekeeper to assist elderly clients with household tasks and offer companionship.
This Casual/Temporary role is based in Ormeau, QLD and involves helping clients with cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors and general tidying.
The successful candidate will also be required to help with small shopping tasks, offer companionship to clients and report any concerns for their welfare to our office.
About the Role
* Assist clients with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry.
* Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
* Report any concerns or issues to our office team.
Requirements
* Experience in domestic or residential cleaning.
* Strong reliability and commitment to scheduled visits.
* Basic English communication skills.
* Willingness to travel between client homes via public transport or own vehicle.
* A current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
* Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (or possess a medical exemption certificate).
* Driver's license and car preferred.
