About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist who can provide high-quality community-based mental health services to clients based on best practice. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with individuals, families, and communities affected by mental health conditions.

Main Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support to clients and their carers.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Eligible for registration in the category of Registered Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.

Requirements
* Must have demonstrated ability to apply recovery approaches when working with individuals, families, and communities affected by mental health conditions.
* Must exhibit advanced community mental health nursing skills in working with individuals with complex mental health conditions.
* Must have highly developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with Aboriginal consumers, their families, and other stakeholders accessing mental health services.
* Must be able to work independently, make decisions, and exercise sound judgment and professional autonomy.
