About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, identifying opportunities for sales growth, and providing support to the production team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service to assigned clients
* Responding to client needs, resolving concerns or issues promptly, or escalating if required
* Actively promoting key services and products
* A strong focus on retaining and growing sales from existing clients
* Actively looking for opportunities for sales growth with new, existing, or past clients
* Processing and managing client orders accurately and efficiently
* Developing a strong understanding of products and services offered across various categories
* Collaborating with the wider Sales team to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
* Developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders to foster operational excellence
**Requirements**
Previous account management, business development, and sales support experience
Experience with process improvements (desirable)
Computer literacy with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in using CRM and ERP software
Self-driven and organized with strong time management skills
Proactive in learning about and seeking ways to improve processes involved in the role, with a continuous improvement mindset
