We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Skilled Operator to join our training team on site. This is an exciting opportunity to put your skills to work on one of Queensland's largest mining projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver hands-on training and assessment for truck operators, ensuring compliance with both site and industry standards.
* Support the implementation of site-specific training strategies and initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and contributing to training solutions.

Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year of prior working experience operating Haul Trucks, Dozers, Graders and/or Excavators in a coal mining environment.
* Current and valid SSE signed verified machinery skill lists (training transcripts), LMS documents.
* Current Trainer/Assessor qualification (Enterprise Trainer/Assessor or equivalent).
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
* Previous experience as a Trainer Assessor in open cut operations.
* Current QLD Drivers Licence.
* Current Standard 11.
