Key Accountabilities
- Support marketing campaign planning and execution
- Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content across all marketing channels.
- Assist the villages with day-to-day marketing requirements, branding and collateral.
- Assist teams with presentations and trade shows.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing & Communications Manager and other marketing team members as needed, examples would include assisting with internal communications, bids, reporting and invoice processing
- Work with the Marketing & Communications Manager to learn on the job and take part in informal training opportunities.
AU Village Collateral Support
- Develop AU Village collateral by request in line with CLV branding
- Proof and edit locally developed collateral
- Provide PDF support for print and press quality locally produced collateral
- Assist the collateral rollout and templating of artwork
- Enforce Brand Guidelines compliance with villages through auditing
Communications
- Monitor all communications being distributed to residents.
- Ensure websites within AU are maintained and regularly updated.
- Ensure websites within AU are set up prior to commencement of all campaigns.
Other
- All other reasonable duties from time to time as directed by Marketing & Communications Manager
- Proactively participate in CLV business-wide initiatives
Skills
- Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- A flair for and experience in collateral design
- Experience in using design programs such as Microsoft Publisher, Canva & Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of branding principles and working within established brand guidelines
- Understanding of website administration, Google Analytics, SEO and SEM
- Presentation and group facilitation skills
