Regional Management Opportunity
A leadership position is available to support our NSW Network Distribution team. This role involves overseeing the branch network in NSW and contributing to organisational objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* To formulate and review the branch distribution plan, taking into account changing member needs and external market influences.
* To implement the network distribution strategy, outlining the role of the branch and branch teams in a digital and omni-channel setting.
* To lead Branch Managers and Member Consultants in delivering exceptional member service and achieving agreed performance goals, both in-branch and via member calls.
* To provide team leadership by establishing direction and alignment, motivating and fostering high-performing teams, resolving issues, and providing coaching and mentoring to develop skills and manage performance.
* To manage branch operations in accordance with Defence Bank's policies and processes, ensuring ongoing compliance with legislation, managing and mitigating risk, fraud, and safety of branch, staff, and members.
Requirements:
* At least three years' experience leading a sales team ideally within a lending environment and financial services.
* Vocational Qualification in financial services, sales, or team leadership. Tier 2 qualification is preferred but not required.
* The ability to travel both intra and interstate.
