Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our Technical Services Team. As a valued member of the team, you will provide on-site remedial and preventative services on a wide range of electro-mechanical devices, ensuring excellent service delivery and building positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Service, maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment located within venues, clubs and pubs.
* Conduct preventative maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.
* Prioritise and manage work schedules to achieve the best outcomes for both customers and the business.
* Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* An interest in electronics with prior experience servicing electronic equipment, gained through work, hobbies or personal projects.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Integrity, respect and a proactive attitude.
* A willingness to obtain and maintain applicable licences, and a full driver's licence.
* Ability to work on a rotating roster that includes weekends and evenings, providing a varied and engaging work schedule.
