We are seeking up to four (4) experienced and reliable MC Truck Drivers to join our team, transporting bulk grain and other agricultural commodities (such as canola, barley, hay, and fertilizer) across the Great Southern region. This role is critical in supporting local growers and ensuring safe, efficient delivery from paddock to port and storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate and maintain MC road trains, side tippers, and bulk grain trailers.
* Transport grain, feed, fertilizer, and other commodities between farms, receival sites, and the Port of Albany.
* Load and unload bulk product at silos, bunkers, and ports, ensuring compliance with receival and delivery procedures.
* Complete logbooks, delivery dockets, and electronic records accurately.
* Carry out pre-start inspections, routine checks, and basic maintenance of vehicles.
* Adhere to fatigue management regulations, road laws, and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
* Maintain high standards of safety, biosecurity, and hygiene.
* Communicate professionally with growers, site staff, and dispatch teams.

Skills & Experience
* Current MC Truck Licence (essential).
* Minimum of 3+ years MC truck driving experience required.
* Proven experience with bulk haulage and agricultural commodities preferred.
* Familiarity with road trains, side tippers, and grain carting equipment.
* Knowledge of Great Southern transport routes and Albany Port procedures (advantageous).
* Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and seasonal peak periods (harvest).
* Must be available for on-call duties as required by operational needs.
* Strong safety awareness and understanding of CoR and fatigue laws.
* Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to conduct vehicle checks.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
