Job Description Lead and deliver key IT projects, including a major Azure migration program.
Migrate environments, including Active Directory, Office 365, and the deployment and configuration of Intune and Autopilot.
Design, implement, and support secure network and cloud infrastructure in a hybrid environment.
Provide hands-on delivery across the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to implementation, documentation, and handover.
Demonstrated cyber security exposure, with practical experience across: FortiGate firewalls, Ubiquiti networking equipment, SD-WAN environments Strong security mindset with experience aligning to the Essential Eight framework (ISO ***** knowledge advantageous but not required).
Comfortable operating in an environment focused on continuous improvement and uplift of systems and processes.
Culturally aligned to a highly independent, self-sufficient working style with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to take ownership of workstreams and deliver outcomes end-to-end.
Nice to have: Broader exposure to cloud security best practices.
Experience in retail or multi-site environments.
Prior involvement in enterprise-scale migrations or modern workplace rollouts.
The Successful Applicant The successful applicant will have: Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role working across similar technologies.
Willing to learn and take on tasks from start to finish.
Relevant qualifications in information technology or a related field.
Practical experience with network infrastructure and troubleshooting.
Proficiency with network hardware, software, and security protocols.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
