Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual passionate about dental reception and clinical work to join our team in Baringa, QLD on a full-time basis. This role offers immediate start and growth opportunities within our expanding practice network.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist chairside during dental procedures, ensuring instruments and materials are ready and patients are comfortable.
Manage reception duties including answering phones and data entry.
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every patient receives a memorable experience.
Liaise with patients daily, coordinating appointments and discussing financial options.
Educate patients on our services and procedures, building lasting relationships.
Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to infection control guidelines.
Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere and team spirit at Avenue Dental.
About You:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
Experience in dental is highly recognised, but not essential.
Excellent conversational and customer service skills.
Confidence in fast-paced environments with strong multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Calm demeanour under pressure and a proactive approach to challenges.
A professional presentation.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and undertake training and education opportunities.
