Located across South Australia, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. We value people and quality, offering a unique opportunity for the right individual to become an integral part of our friendly and supportive team.
This position is for 20 hours per week and involves the following responsibilities:
Providing professional customer service in line with company policies and procedures
Maintaining and updating the Reservations Manifest
Processing Rental Agreements and payments
Following smart working practices to ensure smooth daily operations
Communicating and coordinating with multiple locations
Promoting a positive image of the company
Maintaining a safe workplace in accordance with OHS policies
Performing data entry and general office duties
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Computer literacy
A current C class driver’s license
Flexibility with working hours
Experience with MYOB accounting software
