We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Worker to join our team in Port Macquarie. As a key member of our care team, you will provide essential support services to older members of our community, enabling them to maintain their independence and wellbeing.
Your role will involve providing home help services such as housekeeping, cleaning, meal preparation, and grocery shopping. You will also provide personal care services like bathing, dressing, medication assistance, and mobility support. This will include caring for clients with high care needs, including dementia, and supporting them in everyday activities.
