What you'll be doing…
As a valued member of this close-knit team, you'll be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth operations across leasing and administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Collecting all tenancy rental charges by the due date
* Completing CPI and Fixed Rent reviews and preparing tenant correspondence
* Updating administration forms and after-hours contact lists regularly
* Completing Lease Administration sections of reports as required by owners
* Assisting the Finance Manager with monthly financial reporting
* Maintaining the Rent Relief Register
* Preparing all lease documentation
* Checking and updating the Tenancy Schedule monthly
* Reception relief – answering calls, assisting customers and tenants, sorting mail
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
What we're looking for…
* Previous experience in a retail or property environment (ideal)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative/leasing role
* Highly organised, proactive, and motivated with a customer-first mindset
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
