What you’ll be doing…
As a valued member of this close-knit team, you’ll be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth operations across leasing and administration.
Your responsibilities
- Collecting all tenancy rental charges by the due date
- Completing CPI and Fixed Rent reviews and preparing tenant correspondence
- Updating administration forms and after-hours contact lists regularly
- Completing Lease Administration sections of reports as required by owners
- Assisting the Finance Manager with monthly financial reporting
- Maintaining the Rent Relief Register
- Preparing all lease documentation
- Checking and updating the Tenancy Schedule monthly
- Reception relief – answering calls, assisting customers and tenants, sorting mail
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
What we’re looking for…
- Previous experience in a retail or property environment (ideal)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative/leasing role
- Highly organised, proactive, and motivated with a customer-first mindset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
