Lead a Team of Dedicated Professionals
As a Centre Manager, you will lead a professional team to create a safe and secure environment where children can learn and grow. This role involves building strong relationships with families, developing an exceptional culture of quality and safety, and contributing to making your centre an example of excellence in the community.
This is a leadership role that requires prior experience working in a long day-care centre, a completed Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (or working towards), and sound practical knowledge and implementation of the NQF and EYLF. You will be responsible for leading decisions about resourcing and education environments for children, collaborating with educators and teachers, and driving business performance.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. They will also have budget and financial accountability experience, current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and a current Working with Children check.
