Job Title: Senior Commercial Manager - Data Driven Insights
This role plays a pivotal part in supporting senior commercial managers in crafting data-driven go-to-market strategies, rooted in customer insights and behavioral evidence.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can build relationships across the business, ensuring smooth coordination and driving business growth through effective teamwork and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Insight Gathering
* Support collection and organisation of customer insights through research, feedback, and data analysis.
* Help identify what drives customer decisions and how our products and brand are perceived in the market.
Insight Sharing & Feedback Loops
* Assist in summarising and communicating key customer insights to internal teams.
* Help ensure findings are shared clearly and regularly with product, marketing, and commercial teams to inform decisions and improve customer outcomes.
Go-to-Market Support
* Contribute to development and execution of go-to-market plans by aligning messaging, positioning, and customer experience with target audience needs.
* Help maintain and update tools like value propositions, customer profiles, and product playbooks supporting sales and marketing teams in engaging customers effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work with colleagues across product, marketing, sales, and operations to support projects bringing customer voice into the business and ensure alignment with customer needs.
