As our Service Advisor, you will be:
Providing top notch guest services and guest experiences
Determining customer requirements and assisting in the selection of solutions
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
Processing orders, invoices and payments
Liaising with customers, sales representatives and service technicians to determine repair and service timelines
Arranging loan vehicles for customers
Operating specialised automotive dealership management software
A passion for providing outstanding guest experiences
Mechanical knowledge and or experience, highly regarded
