Construction Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Construction Project Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws, and regulations. They will be responsible for preparing and managing construction contracts, reviewing progress claims and issuing payment certificates, drafting and preparing variations, delay notices, and extensions of time, as well as overseeing job costing, cost reporting, and procurement processes.
This is a key role in supporting our strategic building projects by ensuring accurate and timely contract administration and compliance with commercial requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying or 10+ years of industry experience
* Proven experience in contract administration within the construction industry
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
