With supportive on the job training, and the potential opportunity to undertake studies to solidify and gain more skills. This Full Time Receptionist position is a great starting point in your career in customer service.
Key responsibilities
* Greeting all customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
* Managing our incoming calls to different departments, courteously and promptly
* Distributing emails and messages to relevant staff
* Ensuring our customer lounge is kept clean and tidy and stocked with essentials
* Maintaining office consumables and supplies
* Various administration tasks with some basic computer skills including Excel and Word
* Assist with data entry, filing and scanning
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm
