Job Description
This role is focused on supporting a large-scale project in Brisbane, primarily handling blue-collar recruitment.
* Collaborate with project managers and construction managers to create accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
* Develop efficient recruitment strategies based on available roles and industry standards.
* Utilize established procedures for job postings.
* Schedule interviews, prepare interview questions, and other hiring materials.
* Assist with the interview process and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting in line with our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion plan and preparing regular recruitment reports.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role for at least 3 years.
* Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Advanced computer skills, including MS Office.
