Wrapped Creations is looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to join our high-performing team in Perth. This isn't your standard events role - you'll manage client relationships, take ownership of delivery outcomes, and play a key role in creating corporate and community events that genuinely make an impact across Western Australia.

Your Role
As an Event Coordinator, you'll:
* Report directly to our Operations Manager while collaborating with clients, local governments, suppliers, and internal teams
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of medium to large sized events, from concept through to wrap-up
* Manage all client communications for your projects, ensuring expectations are met and outcomes achieved
* Prepare detailed proposals, budgets, and timelines that set clear direction
* Deliver required event and safety documentation to ensure compliance and success
* Anticipate risks early and work with our team to resolve them effectively
* Stay engaged in industry trends and contribute to a supportive, high-performing team culture
* Champion our values of professionalism, creativity and authenticity, in every interaction

* Events delivered on time, on budget, and with precision
* High client satisfaction and repeat engagement
* KPI deadlines consistently achieved
* Proactive risk management with minimal escalations
What You Bring
* A degree in Event or Project Management (or equivalent)
* Exceptional time management skills to manage multiple projects and tasks at one time, independently or within a team
* Calm and decisive under pressure with excellent communication skills
* Strong knowledge of a variety of event styles, client and supplier management, and financial tracking
* Experience in outdoor event builds, infrastructure sourcing, and logistics highly regarded
* Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
* Willingness to work outside standard hours and travel regionally when required
* Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and Monday.com or similar CRM systems
