Job Description
This is a senior, customer-facing role focused on premium product sales, strategic business development, and value-based selling. You'll be responsible for identifying and targeting high-value customers, influencing end-user decisions, and driving adoption of Harrison's premium lubricants and additives. The role offers national scope, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a respected brand backed by technical expertise and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share in lubricants and specialty additives
Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial and commercial clients
Apply a premium/value-based selling approach to influence end-user purchasing decisions
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
Report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience selling greases, lubricants, oils, or specialty additives and services
Strong strategic thinking and customer targeting capabilities
Financial acumen and ability to work autonomously
Excellent relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
Permanent work rights in Australia
Located in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane

Base salary up to $140,000
$16,000 car allowance + bonus + super
