Our Client

Our client is a highly regarded wealth management firm with over 10 years servicing clients. They are dedicated to delivering objective, tailored advice and are seeking a Snr Client Service Officer with a back ground in Risk to join their accomplished and well respected team.

The Role

Reporting to the Team Leader/Manager, your focus will be on maintaining relationships with their clients, as well as providing administrative support.

Some of the duties of the role will include (but are not limited to):

* Assisting both clients and advice team with new business, lodgement and implementation of client forms
* Working with third parties/providers to resolve any police-related matters
* Handling client enquiries and contacts
* Client database management
* General office/administration duties
* Preparing appointment packs for new and existing clients
* Handling all inbound and outbound client calls and emails
* Refining of office processes and provision of recommendation to senior management with suggestions to improve service offering to clients
* Other duties as required

About You

Ideally, you are currently working as a Client Service Officer within the Financial Planning or Risk industry with exposure to risk and superannaution, and can demonstrate strong values, integrity, and the highest ethical standards.

You will bring excellent communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to both colleagues and clients.

You will be client focused and enjoy working with professional and supportive team members.

To be considered for this role you need to possess the following attributes;

* At least 2 years within the Financial Planning industry in a Client Service Officer role, particularly within the Life Insurance area
* Relevant tertiary or industry recognised qualifications - Diploma of Financial Planning would be ideal
* Knowledge of financial planning software would be an advantage
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
