We're now seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our dynamic team and lead the delivery of transformational civil projects from concept to completion.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Site Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality civil works. Your day-to-day will include:

* Managing engineering documentation, and project planning
* Overseeing site safety, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders including councils and consultants
* Promote sustainability using environmental, social and economic measures
* Monitoring budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery
* Leading site meetings and providing clear, concise project updates
* Preparing cost estimates, claims, and detailed reports for leadership review
* Always demonstrate and encourage responsible safe work practices, follow HSE policies and procedures and continually look for improvement opportunities
* Driving continuous improvement and problem-solving across all phases of construction

What You Bring

* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, project management or construction management
* Minimum 2 years' experience in civil construction, ideally with subdivision experience
* Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Project
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities
* OH&S White Card and a valid Victorian driver's licence
