About the Role
We are seeking Speech Pathologists to join our client's Allied Health team in Brookwater. In this role, you will assess, diagnose and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse age groups, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, outcome-focused interventions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
- Deliver best-practice therapeutic interventions.
- Provide education and support to clients, families and carers.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Provide timely intervention for urgent clinical needs.
- Engage in ongoing professional development.
To Be Successful in the Role, You Will Have:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Paid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Paid Blue Card.
- Current First Aid & CPR.
- Experience working with varied age groups.
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
