The Opportunity
As a Change Manager – ASSIST you will be responsible for:
* Leading change management planning for the program, including developing and monitoring change management objectives, supported by a communications strategy and plan.
* Collaborating with project leads and stakeholders to design business readiness surveys and develop appropriate tools and methods to measure project impacts, including impacts on organisational roles, capabilities, processes, and services.
* Self-managing work within the project and across areas of change management which may include managing and facilitating multiple work activities across the related projects.
* Establishing connections with related Communities’ change projects to ensure consistency and coordination of change scheduling across the people projects.
* Interpreting strategic program and project (change) objectives and provides guidance and direction to key project and business stakeholders as appropriate.
