About Us
We provide high-quality in-home care and assistance to valued clients across Southern NSW. We're seeking a motivated, professional, proactive person to join our local team in Wagga and provide clinical guidance and oversight to our Care Coordination team, managing their own client caseload.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical guidance and support to the Care Coordination Team
* Mentor and build the knowledge of the Care Coordination team through clinical expertise
* Manage the care of clients within their case load
* E nsure high levels of staff and client satisfaction through measured approaches
* Promote a contemporary approach to Home Care
* Display and promote our core values
Requirements
* Registered Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration
* 3 years experience managing patient/client care
* Strong organisational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, utilising software applications including MAC OS and Office suite
* Focused on team culture and delivery of quality client services
* Australian Federal Police Check
* NSW Working with Children's Check
* Ability to assist with 'on-call' duties on a rostered basis
