About the role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Jobs Statewide, you'll play a key role in connecting top talent with rewarding career opportunities. This is a full-time role is based in our Mount Barker, SA office. Join our dynamic team and be the one to help shape the future of others!
What you'll be doing
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talented candidates
* Match qualified candidates to open positions across a variety of industries
* Provide end-to-end support, from onboarding throughout
* Maintain detailed records and reporting on all recruitment activity
* Collaborate with the wider team to achieve recruitment targets and KPIs
What we're looking for
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* A customer-focused mindset and a passion for connecting people
* Willingness to learn and grow within the recruitment industry
* Strong communication skills via phone/email
* No prior recruitment experience necessary - we provide comprehensive training
