* Experience as a Pastry Chef in a restaurant
* Strong culinary skills with an eye for detail and a passion for quality
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
* Team oriented and strong communication skills
* A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards
* Eye for detail and strong time management
* Knowledge of food safety standards
* Genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
* Qualification in Patisserie, Commercial Cookery or equivalent
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
