We are looking for Customer Care Christmas Casuals to become valuable members of our dynamic team at Brandbank Group.
In this role, you will support our customers throughout all stages of the purchase lifecycle in a digital retail environment, identifying and securing sales opportunities.
Customer Care team members are sales-focused and build high-quality, trusting relationships to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.
The Role
- Identify and secure sales opportunities in a digital retail environment.
- Support customers through all stages of the purchase lifecycle across channels such as tickets, email, live chat, and phone calls.
- Deliver above-and-beyond customer service that aligns with brand service standards.
- Build customer relationships through preparation, attention to detail, efficient contact time, and follow-up.
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction score by providing a best-in-class service experience.
The Ideal Candidate
- A natural people’s person who can quickly build rapport and help achieve department sales goals.
- Retail experience is essential.
- Familiar with live chat, social media, and email clients.
- Enthusiastic self-starter who is driven to succeed and meet sales targets.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, professional attitude with exceptional attention to detail.
- Customer-centric with a focus on delivering the best possible customer experience.
- Team player; we believe we are better together.
- Must be available and versatile to work mornings, afternoons, and weekend shifts.
- On-site in our St Kilda Road offices for most weekday shifts.
