The Revenue Analyst reports directly to the Manager Director. This role entails various responsibilities such as generating business reports, analysing and comprehending industry trends and booking curves, establishing strategic goals, setting pricing, devising promotional strategies, and exploring fresh avenues for distribution. The primary objective is to optimize revenue generation by using all your skills and experience.

Responsabilities:
Optimize yields through data-driven inventory management and pricing strategies.
Continuously monitoring and analysing NPD and NTR vs Budget.
Quarterly company re-forecast and analyses versus target.
Support with promotion requests evaluation and steer the pricing with the objective to maximize revenue.
Perform prices mark-up/down.
Coordinate with Set-up the implementation of massive pricing actions.
Set guidelines for the inventory in terms of: cabins allocation, opening/closing cabins availability, and others.
Support with large group quotation, including Block Booking Agreement.
Perform critical analysis of current performance and proposes corrective actions
Report and track promotions and initiatives.
Conduct ongoing competitor price and product analysis.
Experience and Qualifications Needed:
3+ years' Revenue Management experience in business analysis, preferable in the travel & leisure industry.
Experience in the cruise industry is considered a plus.
Must be able to demonstrate understanding of revenue management concepts and tools and demonstrate understanding of basic economics.
Previous experience in implementing system enhancements and decision making tools preferred.
Demonstrated ability to organize and analyze large volumes of data, make decisions and recommendations and independently implement decisions is required.
Demonstrated experience in project management.
