* Key responsibilities include:
* Merchandising and stock rotation, requiring physical capability for heavy lifting and prolonged periods on your feet.
* Operating the console, managing cash handling, banking, and reconciliation.
* Fuel monitoring, dips, and meter readings.
* Stocktaking and reconciliation.
* Employee recruitment, training, and mentoring.
* Liaising with suppliers and the Corporate Services Team.
* Driving profitability and minimizing costs, expenses, and waste.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
* A strong team-oriented work ethic.
* Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
* Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office.
* A Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain) and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
