Specialist Occupational Therapist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team of professionals dedicated to supporting the development and well-being of neurodivergent children and young people.
* The successful candidate will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement tailored therapy plans that promote function, confidence, and joy in our clients.
* In this dynamic role, you will conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop effective strategies for improvement.
* You will also provide training and support for families and caregivers on how to best support their child's development, ensuring they feel empowered and confident in their ability to make a positive impact.

Requirements:
* Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
* AHPRA registration.
* Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for community visits.
* Passion for paediatrics and family-centred care.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
